All parents need to complete the forms below for each of their players. Please print and complete these forms and bring them to your coach. Coaches are required to have these forms on hand at each NSLL practice or game.
Before Registration be sure you can play for NSLL. Your player needs to live or attend school with in the North Snohomish League Bondaries. If you played with us last season and have moved you can still play for NSLL. Questions? Check out Find My League
